  • Please complete this form and email it to . Alternatively print it off and post it to “Bridge of Weir Festival Committee, c/o Hope Hall, Maxwell Place, Bridge of Weir, PA11 3BP”
  • Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred to – Name: “Bridge of Weir Gala Fund”, Sort Code: 82-61-11, Account-No: 50156540 . (Set reference to name of applicant). Alternatively, pay by cheque made out to “Bridge of Weir Gala Fund”. Return along with this application form to the address above.
  • Bring your own gazebo/ tent, table and chairs
  • All stalls MUST be erected and manned before 10:30 am. This should be done only on the plot designated by the committee. Stalls should not be removed before 16:00 hrs (4 PM).
  • No vehicles moved in park before 16:00 hrs (4 PM).
  • Please ensure that the area surrounding your pitch is kept free from litter.
  • Stall holders are responsible for removing all litter from pitch at the end of the day.
