Taylor Wimpey is preparing a planning application for the provision of much-needed new-build and affordable family homes on an area of land at Planetreeyetts.
The provision of land for new private and affordable family homes in Kilmacolm is generally recognised, and our proposals include a mix of new homes including semi-detached and detached styles to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers, as well as the associated open space and infrastructure that is needed for a development of this nature.
In order that the views and opinions of local people can fully be taken into consideration, we are hosting a community engagement event.
Consultants will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer any questions you may have. Please note that comments received in respect of this pre-application consultation are not representations to Inverclyde Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council when a formal planning application is made.
